What you need:
* 4 c. (about 1 1/4 pounds) halved stemmed strawberries * 2 c. mango chunks * 2 c. melon chunks * 1 c. pineapple chunks * 1/2 c. fresh orange juice * 1/4 c. fresh lime juice * 1/4 c. sugar * 1/2 tsp. salt * 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. ancho chile powder
If desired: Add 2 Tbsp. tequila to fruit salad; mix well.
What to do:
1. In large bowl, combine strawberries, mango, melon and pineapple. 2. Add orange juice, lime juice, sugar, salt and chile powder to taste; mix well.
